Island morning

Last night we kicked off the Camden International Film Festival with a screening of the film convention. Moved swiftly to the secret VIP party location where we hosted 2 bands live visuals and so so much more. Party wrapped around 1:30am headed home to import images and recharge. This morning I was up at 5am packed a lite kit and headed to Rockland to catch a boat to Metinic Island to meet up with students from Matinicus island working with the Farnsworth. The students worked with scientists to learn more about the migration of song and sea birds. The trip was quite amazing. Upon my return the CIFF madness started again burning DVDs, running from venue to venue, setting up the filming of the panel points north. Great things are happening in Maine.
